I want you to feel totally comfortable purchasing a painting from Sandy Welch Art. I am offering a 7 day trial period…hang it, live with it, and love it. If you are not totally happy and satisfied you have 7 days from the day you received it to return it. 

If you decide you would like to return it, please contact me immediately so we can have a conversation ..do not simply ship it back. After we decide that you are returning the painting you have 3 days to do so. 

If you do not notify me of your intent to return the painting within 7 days or you do not ship the painting within 3 days of notifying us, unfortunately you will not  be eligible for a refund. But please understand that I would like the opportunity to speak with you if there is a specific reason why you do not notify me within the time period of 3 days (for notification) .

Please make sure you unpack carefully and keep all packaging until you have decided that you are happy and totally in love. If the packaging is destroyed you will be responsible to repackage it the way you received it.

Once you return the original painting, undamaged within 7 days of your  delivery date please contact me at welcho@comcast.net or 860-305-6923. I believe we will both feel better discussing the whole procedure.

Once I receive the painting (in the exact condition in which it was sent) I will process your refund in the same way it was purchased. Again, please know that if the painting is damaged because of improper packaging unfortunately there will be no refund. SO PLEASE, SHIP IT BACK WITH ALL THE CARE THAT IT WAS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED IN.

If the painting has been damaged en route from the shipper, please contact me immediately and if possible take a photo. You can also email me at welcho@comcast.net . I will be more than happy to discuss this with you after I see a photo.

Sandy Welch Art uses Fedex Express within the United States. USPS or DHL are used for all other countries.
